The food is still delicious and the ambiance and the renovations they have done to be more modern is great. I can't talk about how it is today because this was 5 years ago, but I still have friends that work there and constantly still complain about how bad they have become in that aspect. Although it wasn't anyone's fault, once they started selling off the company multiple times in a very short span, this company really went downhill for the workers and the work culture. The attention to detail, the food quality, the leadership, the compensation, the bonus programs and the upper management was the best I had ever seen. PF Changs used to be a great place to work. That is an understatement though for PF Changs. I am never really that person to talk negatively about a company because somewhere there is always an upside.
